Good evening, City View Families:
As of 7 PM, the temperature is 33 degrees with light rain falling. We will have District officials checking the road conditions overnight. If roads remain in the current state, we will run a normal schedule. However, if icy conditions are reported, CVISD will adjust accordingly and make that announcement via local media and official social media accounts. We understand creating an unscheduled late start or cancelation for almost 1200 students creates logistical issues, particularly for parents who still have to go to work. We also recognize that most everyone loves a "bad weather or snow" day. With that in mind, we will make a decision based on staff and student safety to the best of our ability. Stay safe and stay warm!

The 2023 Federal Report Cards for the district and each campus are now posted on the City View ISD website. Hard copies as well as translated copies of the report cards are available upon request.
City View ISD was on a brief lockout after reports of a suspicious person in the neighborhood. The Wichita Falls and City View ISD police departments have given the district the "all clear." The lockout was approximately 10 minutes in duration.
We can't wait to see you all back at school on Tuesday, January 9th!
