Casondra grew up right in the middle of a cotton field, where she learned hard work firsthand through raising and showing livestock. A fourth-generation cotton farmer, she spent her early years at rodeos and stock shows, soaking up everything she could about agriculture — a passion that continues to shape her life.

Graduate of Texas Tech University with an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction
Entering her 29th year of teaching, with experience in grades K–8 — a true educational powerhouse!
💍 Fun Fact: Casondra has been married to her college sweetheart for 27 years. Together, they’ve raised their daughter with the same values they grew up with — showing livestock and rodeoing as a family tradition.

🍎 Experience: Amanda has spent the last 15 years teaching 4th grade, 5th grade, and preschool — but her favorite? 5th grade all the way!
💼 Background: Before becoming a teacher, Amanda worked in banking, jewelry sales, and even oil field supply distribution — a true example of bringing real-world experience into the classroom.
🎶 Fun Fact: Amanda originally studied vocal music education and has a deep love for operas and musicals — both watching and singing them!

👨👩👦👦 Family: Charity is the proud mom of two amazing sons and the youngest of four siblings. She also helps run her family's business, Andy’s Paint and Body, the body shop her brother purchased from their dad in 2023.
