We celebrated our UIL Storytelling students today!

We are so proud of how our kids represented City View! They did an outstanding job! A huge thank you to our parents for the time, practice, and support at home. It truly makes a difference.

Special thanks to Mrs. McIntire and Mrs. Ferrell for giving their time after school to coach and encourage these students. Because of that dedication, Storytelling was our overall best UIL event!

Mustang Family, just a quick reminder as we head into the week, please take note of our early release times on Wednesday and Thursday, December 17–18 so we can make dismissal smooth and safe for all of our kiddos.

Early Release Times:

Early Childhood: 11:50 AM

Grades K–2: 12:00 PM

Grades 3–5: 12:15 PM

Bailey Wright Graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Special Education and a concentration in Educational Diagnostician. Emily Moore Graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Master of Education and a concentration in Special Education – Challenging Behaviors. Shelby Hodges Graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Master of Education in Special Education Administration. What a week at City View Elementary! 💙🤍 It was a busy week, but one full of fun, learning, and appreciation! From the STEM Mobile Lab packed with hands-on learning, to celebrating our amazing staff, the Big Kahuna Bus ride, Science Fair & STEM Night, and wrapping it all up with an outstanding 3rd Grade Musical — our Mustangs showed up in a big way. On top of all that, we were proud to spread some extra joy by purchasing Christmas gifts for CASA children, showing what it truly means to serve others. So proud of our students, staff, and families for making it such a memorable week. This is what a strong school community looks like. One HERD! 🐎
