We celebrated our Lucky Attendance Award Winners this week. Five amazing students with perfect attendance were drawn and took home some awesome prizes: a brand new bike, four scooters, and two helmets!
Our staff got in on the fun too! Two dedicated team members with perfect attendance won a Texas Roadhouse gift card because showing up matters for everyone!
Every day counts. Every minute matters.

Our House System builds teamwork, pride, and leadership across Mustang Country! Each House stands for something special—Service, Diligence, Kindness, and Positivity.

The mighty Fire Fighters showed up last week! They did a wonderful job presenting fire safety to our PreK-3rd grade students! Thank you to all the first responders especially our fire fighters for always keeping us safe.
We officially have our own Little Free Library on the map! We are thankful for this donation and are excited to see kids pick out a book to read!

What a week at City View Elementary!
I have been signing classroom Social Contracts, student's are taking ownership of how we treat one another and building the kind of positive, respectful culture that makes us proud to be Mustangs.
We also had so much fun celebrating Homecoming Week—school spirit, smiles, and memories that will last a lifetime!
Most importantly, our kids are working hard every day in the classroom, chasing greatness, and showing what it means when “Best is the Standard.”
I am so thankful for our amazing staff, students, and families who make City View such a special place. Together, we’re building a culture of love, learning, and leadership
