Proud of the kids for all their efforts over the last 4-5 weeks learning about a competition they will participate in come early March! They are responsible for creating their own menu, seasoning, and items for the competition. It is amazing how well they did with 2 camp stoves and a camp oven in an hour.

Intro classes have spent time learning about pancakes, leaving agents, flavor components, and how presentation can influence a dish. They have also began implementing recipes into documents with homemade maple syrup and how it can make breakfast even better.
