Join us from 5-6 for curriculum night in the cafeteria and from 6-7 at the big gym for the jamboree. Student council will be selling hotdogs, chips and drinks for $5 from 5-6. There will be a title 1 meeting at 5:00 as well
Come see Dustie Powell, one of our students, at the corner of Kemp and Ave K as she participates in Lemonade Day. She is helping raise money for her FFA goat project.

Pre-k had some special visitors today. They have been learning about reptiles and got to see a bearded dragon and tortoise.




Our City View Elementary students have been learning about instrument families in music. Today, Dr. Lattrell did a presentation over string families! #gomustangs

Elementary parents, please send water bottles to school with your child each day. We are only using bottle fillers, not water fountains. The temperature is rising and we want to keep the kids well hydrated. We appreciate your help with this.
Mrs.Butlers class learned about weight of objects. They were able to choose items and predict it’ll they were lighter or heavier than the block.

Mrs Pearson’s class made their own balance scale to measure and weigh items




Some of the groups got to make play dough out of peeps!




Ms. Jenna and Ms. Boggs’ groups had to find eggs with sight words and coins. They had to read the words and count the coins. Learning can be fun!
