City View Families, Out of an abundance of caution and due to hazardous/icy road conditions, particularly along the route to and from locations, we are moving both the boys' and girls' basketball playoff games to tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 18th. Boys' game v. Dublin @Mineral Wells 6 PM Girls' game v. Coahoma @Stamford 6 PM Note the earlier tipoff for the boys game. We do not plan on releasing early at this time since students are currently at school, in heated classrooms, and being served meals. We do not want to send kids home early to an empty or unheated home if at all possible when the school day has already started. If road conditions continue to deteriorate, we will implement a plan so that staff who live out of town have the option to leave early to get home. However, students will be supervised and classes will continue as normal throughout the day with buses running as normal. We will continue to monitor the weather and provide updates as necessary. Dr. Thomas City View Superintendent

Love this group! Our custodial crew is the best around. Dr. Thomas came by to give them a Mustang Award for their hard work. We have been short handed at times and everyone chipped in and picked up when they were needed. We often get positive comments on how well our building looks. They all do a great job! We appreciate you!
