A few more pictures of our field trip fun today!
258 elementary students were rewarded for great attendance. We went to the movies and had a picnic lunch with playtime at Lucy Park. Our next field trip will be May 16 to Coyote Ranch. Students can qualify by having no more than 3 absences and no office referrals which result in a placement such as ISS or AEP. 3 tardies will count as 1 absence. Thank you parents for raising such well behaved and well mannered children. The theater gave us a compliment on how well behaved they were.

5th grade is learning about the water cycle and making it rain in the science lab today!
Elementary students who qualified for the attendance field trip will be going to the movies tomorrow. We will be stopping by the park on the way back for a picnic lunch. Notes went home Tuesday with students who qualified. We have another field trip scheduled in May for students who qualify this semester.

Pk-2nd grade students who had no office referrals and completed a reading log were treated to a slushy party today!
Parents we have a hallway full of lost and found items. If you are on campus tomorrow please visit the hallway in front of the library and check for anything that belongs to your children. Anything left when we leave for break will be donated and no longer on campus.
You never know who is going to show up at the elementary school!
Don’t forget! Tuesday and Wednesday are both early release days. Pk-2 will dismiss at 11:30 and 3-5 will dismiss at 11:45. Students will receive a sack lunch prior to dismissal. Please make arrangements for your children. Many daycare facilities are not picking up.
