Thank you to our high school ag students. They are welding a new set of hand rails near the front of the elementary school.




The elementary school donated 861 canned and non perishable food items to the Wichita Food Bank. Thank you to all who donated. Mrs . Wilson's class had the most donations and will be receiving a slushy party as their reward. Thank you to Ms . Smith for heading this up.

MSU dental hygiene students stopped by our campus today! They gave a presentation to our 2nd graders about taking care of their teeth! Thank you for your presentation!



We will be releasing early on Friday to allow staff and students ample time to travel to the Regional basketball tournament. Elementary will dismiss at 11:30 and secondary will dismiss at 12:00. Elementary parents will need to make arrangements for students who attend daycare as most childcare facilities will not be picking up students. All students will be provided with a sack lunch prior to dismissal.
Head start is taking applications for next school year!

Due to the basketball team making Regionals, we are postponing the Daddy/Daughter dance. We will send out info when it is rescheduled
We had several students that participated in the Arts Alive Home and Garden Show this past weekend.
Kason Bolduc was a featured artist and had his painting enlarged and displayed at the event.
We had several students enter the recycled art contest. These students were Solara Hernandez, Ariya Contreras and Na'Yeli Rivera.
Congratulations to Na'Yeli for winning second place and $100 for herself and also $100 for our school's art program. Way to go City View Artists!

Mr. Norton, Soil Conservationist with the USDA-Natural Resource Conservation Service came and talked to 3rd grade today

Pre K is learning fun facts about our home state of Texas. March 2nd is Texas Independence Day!



Pastries with Parents is quickly approaching! Parents are invited to eat breakfast with your student on March 10th! Please RSVP by March 1st. It is free! Enjoy the time with your child!

5th grade Recorder Concert is scheduled for Thursday, March 2nd @ 6pm. Students need to arrive at 5:45pm at their home rooms.
Dads mark your calendar! PTO has tentatively scheduled the Daddy/daughter dance this Friday, March 3. (It will be rescheduled if there is a high school basketball playoff game). Tickets will be sold at the door $10/ couple + $5 for each additional daughter. More information coming soon.
