Reminder: today (May 1st) is the last day for parents to buy tickets for the HIGH SCHOOL Athletics banquet! The banquet will be next Wednesday, May 7th, @ 6pm in the HS Commons.
We have safely arrived in Austin, Tx for the UiL State Track Meet. Khloe' will compete in 3 events tomorrow. The Long Jump is at 9:00 am. She will run the 100M hurdles around 5:45 pm and the 400M dash at 7:00 pm. We are proud of our athletes for their efforts in today's Area Meet in Graham. Congratulations to this year's Regional Qualifiers in Track and Field! Khloe' Washington is the Area Champ in Long Jump, High Jump, 100 Hurdles, 400 Meter Dash and the 300 Hurdles. She set a PR and broke the School Record today in High Jump going 5'7. Blain Hill set a PR throwing 144'2 placing 3rd in discus. Rylan Rodriguez placed 3rd in the 110 Hurdles. Desmond Whiteside is the Area Champ in Long Jump. They will represent City View at next week's Regional Meet in Abilene on Friday and Saturday! Best of luck! Punch your ticket to State!
