Bad Weather Makeup Day will be May 14, 2010. 

May 14th appears as a student holiday on the original calendar.  Due to No School on January 29 because of bad weather, we will now have school on May 14, 2010.

2009 City View Homecoming Parade/Carnival


Max, the City View Mustang Mascot, greets the crowd  at the City View 2009 Home-coming Parade. The parade, which has become a tradition for the school district, drew a host of local dignitaries, including city and county leaders. It included horses, classic cars, floats and bands. Commissioner Robert Scott of Texas Education Agency met with area superintendents at Region 9 Education Service Center in Wichita Falls.  Commissioner Scott, who oversees 1,222 public schools and charters in the State of Texas, spoke to area educators about their needs and new initiatives on the horizon for public school children.  While meeting with area superintendents, Commissioner Scott made a special presentation to Mr. Steve Harris of City View ISD in honor of the district's Recognized rating in 2007-2008 State Accountability System .
